We break down our pricing structure into three levels: Wholesale, Non-Profit, and Education. Each pricing level offers cheaper printing to save you money!

Where Do You Qualify?
Wholesale Pricing
This is our base pricing level. World Digital Imaging is open to the public, and our Wholesale pricing is our standard price list. Whether you own a business or simply walk in to have a few copies made, you’ll benefit from our Wholesale pricing for cheaper printing!
Our base wholesale pricing has been established by comparing our capabilities to the national chain copy centers. We have established a price structure based on 8½” x 11″ B&W Copies on white, 20# paper. Our starting price is approximately 40% of the national chains’ price per copy. All other prices per copy are only adjusted for the cost of paper you select.
You do not need to meet any qualifications to receive our Wholesale pricing – everyone benefits from our cheaper printing prices!

Non-Profit Pricing
World Digital Imaging values our Non-Profit friends and customers. We want to show our thanks to these organizations by offering you even cheaper printing prices than our every day rates! Our Non-Profit pricing structure is approximately 25% lower than our already low Wholesale prices.
To qualify for non-profit pricing, you must present a signed Tax Exempt certificate stating your 501c3 status, along with a Federal ID number or State Vendor number. We will be happy to honor Non-Profit pricing once this form is filed.

Note: This form is the same as our Tax Exempt form for businesses. Simply put your organization’s name on the line for “Vendor’s Name” and your 501c3 number on the line for “Vendor’s License Number”.

Education Pricing
From the smallest private schools to larger public schools, colleges and universities, we support educators with even cheaper printing prices!
Our Education prices represent an additional discount below the Non-Profit pricing level. Education customers can count on an additional 12.5% discount, making this a whopping 37.5% less than our every day low Wholesale prices!
To qualify for Education pricing, just let us know when you place your order that it is for a school. There is no form you need to fill out for Education pricing.
