Administrative Office Assistant
This position will be involved with front of house operating procedures, assisting our current Administrator. A strong candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexible full- or part-time schedule during standard business hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday – Thursday and 8am – 4pm Friday. Salary commensurate with experience. Come join our team!
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask & meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in email communication & basic computer operation
- Previous experience in an office setting or related customer service position preferred
- Strong basic math skills for quoting jobs
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer Phones
- Customer Service/Front Counter Operations
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Support Graphic Design Team
- Filing of Completed Job Paperwork
- Basic Copier/Digital Printing Order Fulfillment
