Administrative Office Assistant

This position will be involved with front of house operating procedures, assisting our current Administrator. A strong candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexible full- or part-time schedule during standard business hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday – Thursday and 8am – 4pm Friday. Salary commensurate with experience. Come join our team!

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask & meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in email communication & basic computer operation
  • Previous experience in an office setting or related customer service position preferred
  • Strong basic math skills for quoting jobs

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer Phones
  • Customer Service/Front Counter Operations
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
  • Support Graphic Design Team
  • Filing of Completed Job Paperwork
  • Basic Copier/Digital Printing Order Fulfillment
